Helen Bauzon from Take Control was seeking a fresh look for her healthy eating and lap band DVD series. Helen had some ideas in mind for what she wanted, and we were able to take them to the next level. The first approach was to 'style' the first series DVD which would in turn flow onto the other designs to keep them all consistent but also make like they all belonged together a series. There is also a book cover the accompanies the 'Strange yourself to Health'.
